A truly unique endeavour, ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You!’ boasts a track list stacked with songs that are not only co-writes, but also vocal collabs between Christina and six other top-tier, female artists, whose music now comprises a significant portion of the catalogue I’m currently building here on the site.
‘Fallen Ones’, ‘Unforgivable’, ‘Landslide’, ‘Leaving Me’, ‘Beautiful Lies’ and ‘While My Angel Sleeps’ were the songs that introduced me to Linney, Susie Ledge, Sue McLaren, Sarah de Warren, Bo Bruce and Reigns respectively — a gift that has LITERALLY changed my life, and for which I will be forever thankful. 💖
Add to that four unsurprisingly intimate and lyrically exquisite solo efforts, each of which has been masterfully performed AND produced by an artist who has clearly spent the last 12+ years honing her craft, and has partnered with even more writers, artists and industry pros to create an album that truly exhibits her unique artistic vision and sound — I’m looking at you Dee Adam, Ben Collier, Henry Binns, Emily Barden, Joseph Lawrence, Arny Bink & Tara Sirrell 🥰 — and you can see why my physical copy of ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You!’ has become one of the most prized possessions in my decades old music collection. #WeCallHerQueenForAReason

& what’s my favourite way to celebrate such a magnificent work of art? With paper crafts of course!!! 🥳
Obv, my first thought was to design a follow-up fortune teller, a la the one I made to celebrate Christina’s birthday and the fab selection of fresh releases she dropped in 2024.
But when I sat down to map it out, it didn’t take long to see that the math wasn’t mathing, b/c the album has 10 tracks and the fortune tellers I’ve been building only have space for 8. #NoCutsAllowed
So what pray tell did I come up with? 🤷♀️

FOLDABLE SIX-SIDED PAPER DICE!
& yep, that’s dice, plural — as in not just one, not just two, but three.
This gave me the chance to include:
- the 10 tracks from the full-length album,
- the 5 remixes of tracks on the album, which were released as singles in the lead-up to the full-length debut
- and still have a space left on each one for ‘Say Something’ — the song Christina recorded for her late mother, Tina 💖, to whom ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You!’ is dedicated.

Keeping with the design of the fortune teller, each song has been assigned a unique QR code that will take you directly to the track’s liner notes page here on the website, where you will find credits, lyrics and a complete array of Buy / Stream links, to spin your winning song(s).
I’m also toying with the idea of creating some sort of game to play with the dice, after rolling double ‘Say Something’s with my prototypes the other night. 🎈 So if I manage to come up with something, I’ll be sure to let you know.
& if you have any ideas in the meantime, feel free to drop them in the comments, cause I’m def open to suggestions! Game theory has never been my strong suit. 😆
No Printer? No Problem!
Also in keeping with the celebratory fortune teller of 2024, I want to ensure this gift is as accessible to as many people as possible, so if you are one of the many households that doesn’t have a printer and still want a set all your own, I see you!

- Check to see if your local library has printing services. These are [hopefully, but sadly, not always] significantly cheaper than options at big box stores & in some areas you can even get a certain number of free pages per day with your library card.

Where We Began
Celebrating 1 year of ‘INMIY’ also means it’s been just over a year since Mr. Bea shared Christina’s Luminosity 2023 DJ set with me and [once again] changed my life for good. 🤗
This set is a fantastic blend of Christina’s own catalogue mixed with choice selections from artists like DJ Sammy, Yanou and Do, a remix by fellow ‘Say Something’ magic-maker Ciaran McAuley, and a mashup of Martin Garrix’s ‘Animals’ that makes me feel like something’s missing every time I hear the original now.
I also particularly love re-watching this set to see the now familiar faces who show up to support the Queen doing her thing. If you decide to give it a spin, I’d love for you to let me know if you spot them too! 😁
